INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cups cold or hot filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix lemon juice, fresh ginger, and turmeric with either cold or hot water and serve. This is a great drink to start your morning and also for an afternoon lemonade. Will keep for you to 3 days refrigerated.
