INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • 3/4 cup raw pine nuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup cold-pressed olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Process all of the ingredients in a Vitamix until smooth. Will keep for up to a week refrigerated.
