How Does Chef V’s Intermittent Fasting Cleanse Work?
It’s simple. First pick the intermittent fasting schedule that works best for you.
There are a few different ways to do intermittent fasting.
But if you want me to pick one for you, Brandon and I have had great results by doing the 16/8 fasting/eating plan. That’s when you eat during an 8-hour consecutive window every day, say, from noon to 8 pm. You don’t eat the other 16 hours. If you sleep 8 hours a day, that’s only 8 waking hours that you don’t eat. It’s so easy.
(You can work up to 16 hours by doing a 12-hour fast for one week and then a 14 hour fast week two, before progressing to 16 hours week three and beyond.)
After you’ve gone 15 hours of not eating, don’t break your fast with food. First, drink 1-2 glasses of water.
Then, an hour later (you’ve now been fasting 16 hours), it’s time to give your body the nutrients it needs to gently cleanse and purify your organs so you can increase your fat burning potential.
What’s the best thing for cleansing and losing weight? After all, if you break your 16-hour fast with donuts, you’re not going to have incredibly successful intermittent fasting results.
