My Ranch Dressing is creamy and cool, and easy to make in minutes. It uses my cashew based Raw Mayonnaise as its base, and is luscious on salads, tacos, and as a dip with my Buffalo Cauliflower. No egg or dairy, use it thick as a dip or add vinegar and make a refreshing dressing for salads. If you need a dip for crudités at a party, try my easy, healthy version of Ranch Dressing. – Veronica
- 1 cup Chef V Mayo (recipe above)
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix or blend all of the ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill before serving.
