I subscribed to the Chef V Green Drink weekly delivery for 3 months consistently. Initially, I committed in hopes of getting more vitamins/nutrients I knew I was lacking in my diet. I also have diverticulosis, a condition in which small pouches develop within the large intestine and can be very painful.
