On day 3/3 of the cleanse and so far, so good! I have tried at least 4 different cleanses and this is the best one. I have had minimal detox symptoms and have been able to sustain myself so far in a very demanding and fast paced job. This is the second time I’ve completed a Chef V cleanse and hers are by far the best cleanses I’ve done. I’m not cranky, starving, or tired throughout the duration but rather full of energy and clear headed. Everything is delicious, too. It’s wonderful, and always a great start to getting back on track with my healthy lifestyle. I also get the green drinks delivered weekly and they are a game changer. I tried Chef V out of curiosity and because…I was too lazy to juice, even though my juicer stares at me every day. And too lazy to blend despite vitamix sitting on my counter. I was most impressed with the green juice. It was not too sweet and just the right amount of greens. (I’ve tried several other brands and none has come close.) In fact, when I don’t have this drink my body seems to know and craves it. I’ll usually drink 16 oz in the morning and another mid-day. If I’m not too busy, I’ll have another in the afternoon. If I get slammed with work, I tend to forget. I’m very pleased with the delivery and quality of the green drinks. I’m so glad I gave in to my curiosity.
