We have been using Chef Vs Green drink for about a year now. We could not even imagine life without it now. The taste is really good and the value is great! I feel different when I drink it and I can totally tell when I miss a day. The people at Chef V are very easy to communicate with. I could not recommend their service and their product more. We also tried a 5 day cleanse which went over well. I would give 6 stars if it was an option!
I’ve used both the 3-Day Cleanse and the weekly Green Drink. I started out hoping to lose weight, which I have, but stayed for the overall health benefits. I like that because Chef V’s drink is blended, not juiced, it provides the fiber you need. I highly recommend the weekly delivery of Chef V Green Drink. For me, the DIMINISHING SUGAR CRAVINGS is by far the biggest benefit. I’m usually a sugar-addict, so the fact that just drinking this a few times a day nearly cuts out the sweet-tooth – I’m still at a loss how this is possible! Amazing! As if this wasn’t enough, my skin tone has improved and I am now sleeping better at night.
I subscribed to the Chef V Green Drink weekly delivery for 3 months consistently. Initially, I committed in hopes of getting more vitamins/nutrients I knew I was lacking in my diet. I also have diverticulosis, a condition in which small pouches develop within the large intestine and can be very painful. I was having gas pain daily and after just 1 month of daily green drinks, that pain went away! I do believe this green drink helped flush out my colon to give it a fresh start.
Hands down my favorite green drink and 3 day cleanse; and I’ve tried just about everything on the market! It starts with the fact this is real nutrition and not colored water with tiny particles of greens. Nope! This is real greens with a moderate thickness to make you feel like something other than glorified water is going down your throat. My skin cleared up (adult acne is downright silly at this point) and my energy went through the roof. The best thing this summer nutrition-wise was trying this wholesome goodness at a more cost effective rate than regular colonics, Whole30, and fiber pills (TMI?). Can’t say enough great things about these products!

Chef V is directly responsible for helping me to lose over 100 lbs. in the last year. I had diabetic nerve pain, which I no long have.
