I just finished my 3 day cleanse and it was great! The green drink is amazingly fresh tasting and does not have any single veggie overpowering the taste. During my cleanse I felt very energized and clear headed. I had enough energy to do a 45 minute workout first thing when I got up. I did this for all 3 days of the cleanse an felt great. I also noticed I felt better doing the workout on the cleanse then when I do it while on solid foods. I’ll definitely incorporate Chef V’s green drink to my everyday regimen…for the rest of my life! I usually have healthy eating habits but occasionally will enjoy a cheeseburger with fries or and extra cheese pizza. I don’t do this often but I do eat healthier than most so I do reward myself sometimes. I do not abuse my “rewards” by using the 80/20 rule (80% you eat clean 20% you can be a little naughty). I tried Chef V out of curiosity and because…I was too lazy to juice, even though my juicer stares at me every day. And too lazy to blend despite vitamix sitting on my counter. I was most impressed with the green juice. It was not too sweet and just the right amount of greens. (I’ve tried several other brands and none has come close.) In fact, when I don’t have this drink my body seems to know and craves it. I’ll usually drink 16 oz in the morning and another mid-day. If I’m not too busy, I’ll have another in the afternoon.
