You can use lots of different greens to make this Asian inspired salad but I always include cabbage. If you are cleansing, just skip the mandarin oranges to keep it cleanse friendly.
For additional protein, add my Almond Crusted Chicken to the dish.

- 3 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 2 mandarins, cut into segments
- 1 tbsp Asian dressing

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut nectar
Blend well.
